City Clerk

The appointed City Clerk is responsible to the electorate for keeping a complete and accurate record of City Council proceedings, maintaining official City records, and conducting municipal elections in accordance with state and federal law.

The City Clerk stores and indexes official documents and City records for retrieval, administers Conflict of Interest disclosures and Campaign Disclosures Statements filed under the Political Reform Act, and is the custodian of the seal of the City.
